Nampa has seen considerable growth over the past two years. Home prices are more affordable these days than their sister city, Boise. However, living in Nampa does have its drawback if you work in Boise. The early morning commute can take an 1/2 hour or more. But don’t be alarmed, the Highway City District have plans to widen most of the road between Nampa and Boise which should reduce the commute substantially.
